I’m training to bea surgeon. I buildbrands the same way.

In surgery, nobody picks up a scalpel first. You diagnose. You find the one thing that’s actually wrong, and you fix that, precisely, and nothing else.

Most branding works the other way round. Someone picks colors and a font, hands you a logo, and calls it done. Nobody asked what was wrong, so nothing changes. If you’ve paid for a rebrand before and got the same calls afterwards, that’s why.

Where it started.

Squidaxis started with a friend’s startup. It nearly died because investors dismissed the pitch before they’d read it, on the branding alone. The idea was good. Nobody got far enough to find out.

That’s when I understood that first impressions decide who even gets a hearing. Coaches and consultants live with the same thing every week: the buyer decides before the call, or right after it, and you never see it happen.

How I work.

It starts with a 90-minute conversation about how you work, who you help and what your best clients say about you. Not about colors.

From that I find the exact point where a buyer stops believing you’re worth your price. Sometimes it’s the first line of your homepage. Sometimes it’s that your site and your LinkedIn tell two different stories. It’s rarely the logo.

Then I build to fix that one thing, and everything else follows from it: the identity, the website, and the system that gets people from your site onto your calendar.

What I won’t do.

I won’t take you on if you’re brand new with no client results yet. There’s nothing for the brand to live up to, and I’d be taking your money for something that can’t work.

I won’t promise you more clients. That depends on your marketing and your calls. I’ll promise the part a brand controls: how you’re seen before you say a word.

I won’t hand you off. I take 4 builds a month, and I’m on every one from the first interview to launch day.

What I put on the line.

Before a full build goes live, 30 people who pay for coaching or consulting compare your old brand with the new one. If fewer than 20 would pay you more, I keep working at no cost.

If I miss day 30, you get money back for every week I’m late.

And after that first conversation, either of us can walk away. You’d only pay for that session.

What it’s done.

A mindset coach who didn’t trust her brand enough to raise her prices went from $1,500 packages to $5,000, with revenue up 60% in three months.

A fitness coach got 40% more bookings in three months. A career coach closed 4 of his first 6 calls after launch.

You’re better than yourbrand makes you look.

Let me show you exactly where. 20 minutes, and you leave with a plan whether we work together or not.
